An Ode to A Warrior

So let's dive right in. On the 9th of October we lost my Dad...but in a sense I have been mourning him for quite a while. Dad had dementia, so we were robbed of him quite a few years ago. Except for the odd glimpse of humour( that cute smile) or a fit of temper (a raised fist , followed by a smile and a twinkle in his eye). I will remember Dad as a sensitive, hardworking, caring man who worked hard and played hard . Sometimes crude and insensitive, but willing to give you literally the shirt 👕 off his back.

He will be missed and remembered by many.

Bye Dad
